Tracy Fitz joined Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek from Hotel Derek in Houston, where he served as the hotel's Director of Sales and Marketing. In his role at the Mansion, Fitz is responsible for the hotel's marketing, sales, public relations, reservations and catering departments.

No stranger to Rosewood, Fitz began his career working for Rosewood in sales for both Hotel Crescent Court, A Rosewood Hotel and the Mansion. He served both hotels for more than seven years, during which time he was promoted to director of sales. Since then, Fitz has held senior leadership positions with St. Regis and Omni in Houston as well as Lake Austin Spa Resort and The Driskill Hotel in Austin. 

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Fitz earned a degree in journalism and public relations. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Nannette, and their nine-year old daughter, Gillian.
