In May 2007, Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek welcomed veteran hotel executive Duncan Graham as Managing Director. With more than 25 years of experience managing luxury hotel properties around the globe, Graham holds the distinguished honor of leading Texas' only five-star, five-diamond hotel.

Graham most recently held the position of Managing Director at San Ysidro Ranch, A Rosewood Resort, one of California's most exclusive and historic luxury destinations. During his time at The Ranch, Graham managed an unprecedented $150 million hotel restoration that retained the property's unique character. His work experience also includes senior leadership positions with St. Regis Hotels, Four Seasons, Regent Hotels and Forte Hotels in Europe. While at St. Regis, Graham worked as general manager for both the Washington D.C. and Houston properties. Under his direction, the St. Regis Washington D.C. hotel was named to Conde Nast Traveler's "Gold List" and Travel + Leisure's "Best Business Hotels." He was also honored as general manager of the year for hotels in the Washington D.C. area. 

Graham's career began in the tradition of London hospitality, as he spent time at The Regent (later named The Landmark) and The Grosvenor House Hotel. Raised in the United Kingdom, he is originally from Northwest England near Liverpool.
